SuperCLEAN Pro Services

The owner of one of Ashford’s most popular carpet and upholstery businesses got in touch with me, having spoken to a couple of my previous clients. SuperCLEAN Pro Services offers a large number of services for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Project Goals

There were two goals for this project. The first was to redesign the existing SuperCLEAN website, which was dark and very outdated, and sat on WordPress. The second goal was to get some solid SEO foundations in place to continue ranking for local SEO and be recommended by LLMs such as ChatGPT.

Design Approach

The previous site was dark with many page title issues and broken links. For this redesign, I aimed to create a lighter website with blue, conveying trust signals to potential customers, with a slightly more professional image that may attract more commercial customers.

Key Features

The site includes several elements tailored to SuperCLEAN’s needs:

• Easy Contact Options: I wrote a cutom-coded contact bar which sits at the top of the website, in just seconds, a potential customer can get in touch with SuperCLEAN’s sales team.

• Video Banner: I implemented a video banner showing a sofa being cleaned. Instant impact, letting customers know that sofa cleaning is a service provided.

• Local SEO Optimisation: SEO work completed in the first couple of months - Google Business Profile. Set up geo-focused pages for high-volume pages. Keyword-focused blog posts crafted.

• Responsive Design: Given the variety of devices clients may use, the site is fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

The Outcome

SuperCLEAN Pro Services now has a more professional website which clearly conveys the services they offer for carpet and upholstry cleaning. The ongoing local SEO work continues to help SuperCLEAN appear to the potential customers that matter.
