FAQs

  • Support packs are for execution, not strategising. They are great if you know exactly what needs to change, but you’re just unsure how to do it.

They cannot be used for new projects or redesigns.

  • Small edits include things like updating text, swapping images, adding a new section, adjusting layouts, embedding forms, or making minor style tweaks.
If something looks like a larger redesign or new feature, I’ll always flag it first and suggest the best way to handle it.

The general rule is, if it requires “thinking”, it’s not a “small edit”.

  • Most requests are handled within 1–3 working days, often sooner.
Support packs are designed for steady, reliable progress - not emergency fire-fighting - but I’ll always be clear about timelines upfront. You’ll get priority over my other general support requests.

  • Yes - these support packs are Squarespace-only.

That’s intentional. It means I can work faster, avoid guesswork, and give you genuinely expert help rather than generalised advice.

  • In most cases, yes. I’ll usually take a quick look at the site first to make sure it’s something I can confidently support - no judgement, no awkwardness.

If there’s a lot of code, written by another developer or designer, any changes will be charged at my standard rate.

  • Nothing bad happens.
Support packs are there when you need them — some months are busy, some are quiet. You’re not “wasting” anything by having support available.

Squarespace Support Packs will expire 12 months after purchase. Any changes after this date will be charged at my standard rate.

  • Light, practical SEO is included - things like:

    • on-page tweaks

    • metadata updates

    • internal linking suggestions

For bigger SEO projects or strategy work, I’ll recommend a dedicated SEO Sprint instead (no sneaky upsells, promise).

  • Yes - guidance and setup help is included where it touches your website (domains, forms, analytics, embeds, etc.).

Ongoing management of external platforms isn’t included, but I’ll always point you in the right direction, or support will be charged at my standard rate, away from the Support Pack.

  • No. Support packs are best for ongoing improvements, not full rebuilds. If you’re thinking bigger, I’ll happily suggest the best next step.

  • You absolutely can - and many clients do.

Squarespace Support packs are for people who want:

    • continual, ongoing changes

    • priority access

    • fewer back-and-forths

    • a designer who already knows their site
